Product process and technology

A pair of snow goggles is processed and combined by many components.

Begin the manufacture of the main frame mold of the snow goggle (3D scanning, reverse engineering, industrial drawing, mold manufacturing, sample confirmation, quantitative production), and the cutting of the lens, thermocompression molding of the foam, and the customized strap and packaging design. All require professional assistance.

Composition of snow goggles

The main structure of snow goggles:

• Frame:

We use TPU raw material imported from Germany, which has strong plasticity, elasticity, heat resistance, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and is not brittle in low temperature environment.

• Lens:

The outer lens is made of PC reinforced lens, which has the function of 100% resistance to UVA, UVB, UVC sun rays; the inner lens is made of TAC plate imported from Europe. TAC is not only an environmentally friendly material, but also has a significant effect on anti-fog. A material suitable for goggle lenses.

• Face foam:

PU foam is soft, comfortable, and breathable, and can provide cushioning for facial collisions; special thermocompression formed foam can provide a more comfortable wearing experience for different face shapes.

• Strap:

Made of elastic fiber, it can be stretched like an elastic band; the high thread count makes the webbing highly elastic, and it is not easy to be elastically fatigued; the wider webbing is more comfortable to wear. According to the customer's requirements, a silicone applied can be placed on the inner of the webbing, which is more stable and not easy to slide when wearing a helmet.
